GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made from the Just J. website, which specializes in the sale of print-on-demand clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) shipped from our production partner.
Article 2 — Products
The items are unisex oversized clothing inspired by the surf and sunset lifestyle.
Each product is printed on demand, which helps to avoid waste.
The photos are for illustrative purposes; slight variations may occur depending on screens.
Article 3 — Ordering Process
The customer selects their items.
Payment automatically confirms the order.
Production starts immediately (POD), which may prevent any subsequent changes.
Article 4 — Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change at any time without notice.
The Customer will be informed of shipping costs before confirming the order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is secured through the solutions offered by Wix (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is confirmed only after payment is validated.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by our printing partner.
Estimated delivery times :
Australia : 10–21 days
Europe : 10–21 days
Times are not guaranteed, as production is on demand.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout according to the destination.
Article 7 — Customs & Taxes
For international shipments, customs taxes may apply depending on the country.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties that may apply in their country.
Article 8 — Returns – Procedure & Fees
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your item. If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
Because each item is printed on demand, we accept returns only in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged

The wrong item, size, or colour was delivered

A printing error occurred
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing.
Return Procedure

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at justjcoolwear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After approval, we will give you the return instructions or organise a replacement.

Do not return any item without prior approval.
Return Shipping Fees

If the issue is our responsibility (defect, damage, printing error, wrong item): we cover all return or replacement costs.

If a return is accepted exceptionally for another reason: return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds or Replacements
Once the issue is confirmed, you can choose:

A free replacement item, or

A refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without prior approval

Items damaged due to misuse or washing errors

Items with minor variations typical of print-on-demand production
Article 9 — Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun (usually within hours after payment).
Article 10 — Liability
Just J is not responsible for incorrect address provided by the customer, transport delays, loss, or damage after shipping.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia.
However, this does not limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
