Pronounced 'Just Jay', 'J' for Julie.

French (originally from the Bassin d'Arcachon, Southwest), I have always had this need for freedom. A big dreamer, curious, sensitive, self-taught, and a jack-of-all-trades (waitress, saleswoman, shop manager, event project manager, independent in communication and event decoration...), I know that I'm not meant for a 'classic' life, a routine.

At 30 yo, I separated after an 8-year relationship, and it was at that moment that everything fell into place.

A professional opportunity opened up for me in Guadeloupe, where I settled for three years.

There, I discovered a paradise under the sun and coconut trees 365 days a year, a gentler and calmer way of living, surfing and smiles every day.

I even ended up starting my own gourmet box business. And then one day, I booked a flight to Bali, there I was literally traveling around the globe to reach the destination that would change the rest of my life.

One month there, then two, I fell in love with Bali... and... the timing allowed me to meet love, a Frenchman who had been living in Australia for several years.

After the holidays ended, we stayed in contact for four months, then I decided to leave everything to join him.

A new life begins and the desire to create something that truly excites me... a fan of the surf short style, swimsuit, and oversized t-shirt, the idea came to me: why not create my own cool clothing brand?

'Just J.' was thus born from a way of life. The sun on the skin, salty hair, the softness of everyday life, and the freedom to choose your own path.​

Here, we don't dress to impress, but to feel free, alive.
